Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
Damages and Issues
We care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at admin@glowmethodshop.com if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
In these rare cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
As a policy, we do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care and skincare items
- Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care items, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products once they have been opened or used. If your item is unopened and you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at admin@glowmethodshop.com within 14 days of receipt.
